As a huge Halo fangirl I would say that the figure was great and very nicely detailed , infact it looks exactly like an Elite , unlike the Halo 2 Elites , they're faces were way different than the normal Halo 2 model in the game, but I would've liked the Halo 3 Elite figure more if it was taller like the Halo 2 figures , I just find 6 inches too short. i would have loved it if it was at least 11 inches. But overall , It's a fantasic figure for hardcore Halo fans and collectors.
There are a lot of small pieces (armor, guns, etc). We purchased this toy for my son who is a big Halo fan. He has quite a few of them and we have had very good luck with them. that can be easily lost. Other than the small pieces we have had very few issues with the Halo line of toys.
worth the money. but the hole in the back is to deep for the peg you stick in it.my elite fell over on its back and jammed the peg so far in its impossible to retreave.other then that.
this figure here is impressive, yes it has its flaws, the wrists are fragile and it's really not for playing with like a kid would. the posing is acceptable and while not super fluid, can give you some pretty nice stances.
I gotta say. there is no leg hole for holding weapon, its a miss print on the box.
the plasma rifles and hands dont fit as well as the design would make you think, but this isn't a major problem if you don't mess with it alot.detail is wonderful and truly a treat even for the mild fan of halo. im an artist my self so this comes in handy when wanting to draw the elite armor or something similar.
nice. i would get a few more just for fun if i had the cash to.
Great toy, his weapons stay in his hands which is very important when my 8 year old is playing good guys and bad guys. He plays with it all the time.
The detail is great, and just in case you didn't know, the helmet, shoulder pads, and chest piece are removable. The kid I gave this to thinks it is the greatest thing. The only qualm I have is the range of motion in the legs isn't great, but still, if you want action figures this is the way to go.
